นโยบายการพัฒนาของผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้การบริหารงานของเทศบาลเป็นไปในทิศทางที่แน่นอน ครอบคลุมทุกภารกิจหลักของเทศบาล และสามารถดำเนินการบริหารงานเทศบาลได้อย่างเป็นระบบคณะผู้บริหารเทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่ จึงกำหนดนโยบายการบริหารของเทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่ ไว้ดังนี้ 1. นโยบายเร่งด่วน 1.1 จัดการสร้างและปรับปรุงศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทั้ง 4 ศูนย์ 1.2 จัดงบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนทุกหมู่บ้าน 1.3 จัดงบประมาณและขอสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน จัดระบบน้ำประปาที่สะอาด และเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของประชาชน 1.4 ขยายเขตไฟฟ้าและแสงสว่าง 1.5 บริการเก็บขยะ และทำความสะอาดถนนทุกชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลวังใหม่ 1.6 จัดหารถน้ำ เอนกประสงค์ เพื่อไว้บริการประชาชน 1.7 จัดหารถกู้ชีพ เพื่อไว้บริการคน เจ็บ ป่วยในเขตตำบลวังใหม่ 1.8 ปรับปรุงซ่อมแซม ถนน ในตำบลวังใหม่ 2. นโยบายด้านเศรษฐกิจ 2.1 จัดให้มีการศึกษาฝึกอบรมอาชีพ เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ให้กับเกษตรกรให้มีความชำนาญและศึกษาดูงานที่ประสบผลสำเร็จแล้ว จากหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ 2.2 จัดให้มีตลาดกลางทางการเกษตร 2.3 ส่งเสริมให้เกษตรมีความรู้เรื่องการผลิตปุ๋ยที่มีคุณภาพใช้เอง เพื่อลดต้นทุนในการผลิต 2.4 จัดทำงบประมาณโดยยึดถือยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาและจัดลำดับการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณตามความจำเป็น เร่งด่วนที่เหมาะสม ปรับลดรายจ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็นและนำงบประมาณที่ปรับลดไปลงทุนในโครงการและกิจกรรมที่กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและสร้างรายได้ให้ท้องถิ่น 2.5 ปรับปรุงระบบการจัดเก็บภาษีให้ทั่วถึง ประหยัด สะดวกและโปร่งใส 2.6 ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดและศักยภาพของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น 2.7 พัฒนาสถานที่สำคัญในเขตเทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่ ให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ เพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และสร้างรายได้ของท้องถิ่น 3. นโยบายด้านสังคม 3.1 ส่งเสริมสถาบันครอบครัวให้เข็มแข็งเป็นสถาบันหลักของสังคม 3.2 จัดอบรมพัฒนาส่งเสริมกิจกรรมของ อปพร. เพื่อความปลอดภัยให้ชีวิต และทรัพย์สินของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่ 3.3 จัดสรรงบประมาณจัดโครงการพัฒนาฝีมือให้ความรู้กับคนว่างงาน 3.4 จัดสรรงบประมาณในการสงเคราะห์คนชรา ผู้พิการ ผู้ด้อยโอกาสและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ 3.5 จัดสรรงบประมาณสนับสนุนกิจกรรมกลุ่มเยาวชน 3.6 ส่งเสริม ฟื้นฟู ทำนุบำรุง จัดงานประเพณี ศิลปวัฒนธรรมประจำท้องถิ่น 3.7 ส่งเสริมการกีฬาของชุมชน 3.8 ร่วมคิด ร่วมทำ ร่วมกิจกรรม เน้นชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม ในการพัฒนา 3.9 สนับสนุนประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารประชาชนให้ครอบคลุมและรวดเร็ว 4. นโยบายด้านการศึกษา นโยบายด้านการศึกษาเพื่อรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน(AEC)เพื่อก้าวไปสู่เทศบาลแห่งการ เรียนรู้ จะให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาทางด้านการศึกษาเพื่อรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน(AEC) และก้าวไปสู่เทศบาลแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้วยการส่งเสริมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาเพื่อนบ้าน พัฒนาความก้าวหน้าของโรงเรียนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา และพัฒนาเสริมสร้างเด็กตำบลวังใหม่ ตลอดจนประชาชนทุกคนให้มีความรู้ดี สุขภาพดี จิตใจดีอยู่ในสังคมอย่างมีความสุข และประสบความสำเร็จ และพัฒนาเทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่สู่ความเป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ ดังนี้ 4.1 ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ใช้หลักศาสนาในการดำรงชีวิต เพื่อสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 4.2 ปรับปรุงสถานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยเข้าสู่มาตรฐานของประเทศ 4.3 ส่งเสริมการจัดการด้านการศึกษา และกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4.4 เน้นคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ และความเที่ยงธรรมในการบริหารจัดการการศึกษา 4.5 พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีทางด้านการศึกษา 4.6 จัดการศึกษาเด็กปฐมวัยจัดหาอุปกรณ์การเรียน การสอนอาหารกลางวัน และอาหารเสริม(นม) 4.7 ร่วมกับสถานศึกษาทุกโรงเรียนจัดตั้งธนาคารขยะ เพื่อให้เด็กนักเรียนมีรายได้เพิ่ม เพื่อให้มีเงินออมและฝึกนิสัยในการรักษาความสะอาด 5. นโยบายด้านสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม จะพัฒนาตำบลวังใหม่ให้เป็นเทศบาลที่น่าอยู่ ผู้คนน่ารัก โดยพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีคุณภาพ จัดระบบมูลฝอย ตลอดจนการจัดเก็บมูลฝอย ปราศจากเหตุรำคาญ เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น โดยมีการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัย การรักษาพยาบาล การเฝ้าระวังโรค การฟื้นฟูสภาพของประชาชนที่เจ็บป่วย ให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนของคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ดังต่อไปนี้ 5.1 จัดสรรงบประมาณให้กับสถานีอนามัย และ อสม. เพื่อดำเนินการป้องกันเชื้อโรคและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันด้านสุขภาพ 5.2 ออกเทศบัญญัติเทศบาลเพื่อป้องกันการกระทำอันใดที่จะก่อให้เกิดมลพิษและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลวังใหม่ 5.3 ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูอนุรักษ์ป่าไม้ ป่าต้นน้ำ ที่เก็บกักน้ำ รักษาแม่น้ำลำคลองรักษาสภาพน้ำ 5.4 ส่งเสริมให้มีการปลูกต้นไม้เพื่อให้มีป่าทำแทน ป่าที่เสียไปโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน 5.5 รณรงค์ให้ลดการใช้เคมี สารพิษ และวัตถุอันตรายฟื้นฟูสภาพดิน และลดการชะล้างหน้าดิน บำรุงหน้าดินซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้แม่น้ำลำคลองตื้นเขิน 5.6 ปรับปรุงพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำ แม่น้ำลำคลอง ต่าง ๆ โดยการขุดลอกคลองที่มีอยู่เดิม ขุดขยายทางน้ำสายใหม่เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการไหลของแม่น้ำที่สะดวก และป้องกันน้ำท่วมที่ทำให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ประชาชน 5.7 ส่งเสริมให้ท้องถิ่นเป็นเมืองน่าอยู่ ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ให้สวยงามมีที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ 5.8 รณรงค์ให้รู้จักการกำจัดขยะอย่างถูกวิธีโดยการแยกและนำสิ่งที่เหลือใช้ นำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ อีกครั้ง 6. นโยบายด้านวัฒนธรรม 6.1 จัดงานวันสำคัญ เช่น วันแม่ วันสงกรานต์ วันพ่อ เพื่อให้พี่น้องมาทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงออกถึงการรัก ชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ และความสามัคคี 6.2 ส่งเสริมทำนุบำรุงด้านพระพุทธศาสนาหมู่บ้าน ทุกวัด เป็นประจำทุกปี 6.3 ส่งเสริมและสืบสานภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านเพื่อไม่ให้หายไปจากท้องถิ่น |
